Another socialist example

Bolivian President Evo Morales won a crucial recall referendum earlier this week. More people voted to endorse his presidency than when he was elected in 2005. In his victory speech, Morales declared that this huge public endorsement was a mandate for further public ownership of all of Bolivia’s natural resources and for the redistribution of wealth to the poorest people on the Andean Altiplano and of Palo Alto in La Paz.
